Tristan Pearrow was born and raised in St. Augustine, Florida. Driven by success in both his personal and professional life, Tristan’s entrepreneurial skills paired with his fascination of real estate quickly led him down the path to becoming an investor.  His creativity and passion for helping others allows him to structure deals in a refreshing way for anyone who is given an opportunity to work with him. Tristan doesn’t base his success on good luck or fortune, but on dedication and hard work. Tristan is always expanding his knowledge in all fields including Real Estate. His investing strategies always bring new insight and value to homeowners and colleagues alike.

 

Outside of Real Estate, Tristan is currently a senior in the Nutrition and Dietetics program at the University of North Florida where he is pursuing a bachelor’s degree. He also enjoys spending time outdoors, putting time in at the gym and is always working on new and creative ways to keep up with the current market.
